Ironman vs Cancer.

For me, this cause is deeply personal. Cancer has impacted my family. We have lost a loved one, and another family member continues to battle it every day while living with the effects of ongoing treatment.

To support the incredible work of the Marie Keating Foundation, I’m taking on the Full Ironman distance in Frankfurt, Germany, June 28th 2026.

This consists of

• 3.9Km swim 🏊🏻

• 180Km cycle 🚴🏻

• 42.2Km run (marathon) 🏃🏻

All completed back-to-back.

This will be the toughest physical challenge I’ve ever faced, but it is nothing compared to what people living with cancer and their families endure.

Funds raised will help the Marie Keating Foundation continue to provide vital support services, fund life-saving research, and offer care to families across Ireland.

I’ll be sharing my training journey along the way, and any donation or support would be hugely appreciated to those in need. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a real difference.
