Still on the run

Between weights, running and yoga it has been a good weekend of workouts.
I am up to 8km now, which I am happy with, so I think I will be ready for the 12th April. I also like to keep track of it, whether it is a short video, picture, whiteboard message, it all helps with the motivation.
I have learned as I have got older that it is important to pay it forward, which is why I like to do at least one fundraising event a year. This year's cause is more significant than ever for me.
