Registering for the 100K in 30 Days 2026
When you register for the 100K in 30 Days challenge, you will automatically receive your own online fundraising page. You can share this page with friends, family, and colleagues to collect donations and track your progress throughout June.

We want you to enjoy taking on your 100K challenge while staying safe.

The Marie Keating Foundation accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the activity you undertake as part of the 100K in 30 Days event.

You are responsible for seeking independent insurance advice and arranging any cover you feel is appropriate.

The Foundation’s insurance does not cover personal property, the property of helpers or guests, or personal liability for injury to yourself or others taking part.

Please use common sense regarding health and safety at all times. If your fundraising involves food, ensure proper preparation, storage, and hygiene.

By taking part, you agree to release the Marie Keating Foundation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all claims or liability relating to any damage, loss, or injury, except where such liability arises due to negligence by the Foundation or its agents.
These conditions help protect fundraisers, supporters, and the integrity of the event, in line with guidance from the Gardaí.

Any interviews, photographs, or video footage taken during your participation may be used in Marie Keating Foundation publications, promotional materials, our website, or other media‑sharing platforms (e.g., YouTube).

These materials may also be used to raise awareness of cancer‑related issues and support the Foundation’s mission.

Where possible, we will ask for your permission before reusing interviews, photographs, or footage and will explain the intended context.

Once shared externally, the Foundation cannot guarantee control over how third parties may use or share this content.
Your Fundraising Responsibilities

All fundraising activities must comply with relevant laws and regulations.

If you plan to organise a public collection or raffle, please contact your local Garda station for guidance.

Clearly state that your activity is in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation.

Ensure you and anyone supporting your activity follow all current Government guidelines and public health advice.
Compliance with Fundraising Guidelines
The Marie Keating Foundation is committed to ethical, transparent, and safe fundraising. We follow all relevant Irish legislation, the Charities Institute Ireland Fundraising Guidelines, and the Charities Regulator’s guidance. Please familiarise yourself with these before planning any fundraising activities linked to your 100K challenge.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide when registering will be securely stored and used by the Marie Keating Foundation to support your participation in the 100K in 30 Days event. It may be shared only with selected third‑party service providers contracted by the Foundation to assist with event delivery. It will not be shared with any other organisation unless required by law or with your explicit permission.
By providing your email and phone number, you agree to be contacted by the Foundation regarding this event. You will receive a confirmation email and ongoing updates by email, phone, or SMS. You can opt out of future communications at any time.
