Event Waiver, Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

Please confirm that you have read and agree to the Marie Keating Foundation's Fundraising Terms & Conditions below:

1. I understand that I am responsible for organising and managing my fundraising activity, including any associated costs and event logistics.
2. I will ensure that my fundraising activity complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that any required permits or licences are obtained where necessary.
3. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining the appropriate permissions for cash collections (coins and notes), including a Garda permit where applicable.
4. I agree to seek approval for any use of the Marie Keating Foundation name, logo, or branding in advance of any printing, publication, or distribution relating to my fundraising event or activity.
5. The Marie Keating Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from independently organised fundraising activities.
6. I understand that the Marie Keating Foundation's insurance does not extend to independently organised fundraising events and agree to arrange appropriate insurance where necessary.
7. Merchandise and fundraising materials supplied by the Marie Keating Foundation are subject to availability. Any loaned items, or merchandise that is not used, should be returned to the Foundation in suitable packaging and within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Funds raised in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation should, where possible, be remitted to the Foundation within 30 days of the event.
9. I agree to conduct my fundraising activity in a manner that reflects positively on the Marie Keating Foundation and its supporters.
