What is the 100km in 30 Days Challenge?

100km in 30 Days is a national fundraising challenge for the Marie Keating Foundation, inviting individuals, teams and organisations to get active and make a difference this June.

Complete 100km in your own way - whether that's walking, jogging, swimming, cycling or wheeling - all while supporting life-saving cancer prevention, awareness and support services across Ireland.

How the challenge works...

1. Register
Sign up today and recieve your exclusive 100km in 30 days t-shirt. Take part solo or team up with friends, family or colleagues!
2. Get out there
Any activity counts.
Walk, jog, swim, cycle, wheel  or move in whatever way suits you, just build up the distance throughout June.
3. Log Activities
Track your progress with a dedicated activity dashboard that integrates with Strava, Fitbit, and Garmin (or manually log your steps).

Your challenge, your way

There's no set route and no strict schedule - you can complete your 100km however and whenever it suits you throughout June.

Whether you prefer short daily walks, weekend cycles or a mix of activities, every kilometre counts.

Join thousands of people this June and make your movement matter.
