Eurofins PSS 3 Peak Challenge UK

<!--StartFragment -->

Hi all

A group of Eurofins PSS employees are aiming
to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge, as we take on the
 three
highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. Considered one of Britain’s
toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy
heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa)
(1,085m).

Over the course of two days, we will trek around 26
miles and ascend to a total height of almost 3,000m. This is a serious and
tough challenge which requires a serious amount of stamina, training and
planning, as well as plenty of grit and determination.

The Aim is to summit all three peaks in 24hrs!

We aim to complete the UK 3 Peaks Challenge by summiting the 3 highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales in just over 1 day.  Starting at 5.30am on Sat 4th July we will ascend and descend Ben Nevis in Scotland which should take 6-7 hours.  From there we will drive to Scafell Pike in England and that climb usually takes 5 hours to summit and back.  Finally we will drive to Snowdon in Wales and that climb should be around 6-7 hours also.  In total we should be climbing for approx 18 hours and driving for 12 hours.....  All going well we will complete the challenge at midday on Sunday 5th July.

Please give what you can—and if you believe in this cause, share my page with others so we can reach even more families across Ireland.
