3km walk after day gardening - digging deep as we reach the end of 100km challenge

All about ❤️- ECHO scan to see if my heart can still tolerate cancer treatment + saying goodbye & 🍀 to my fab and long-standing Nurses.

2km &🏋♀️session, but mostly exercised my 🧠 today at ISMO ASCO updates & St Clares BoG meeting

Oncology review & treatment, meeting clinicians & advocating for 🌟 breast clinical trial portfolio for NI & celebrating life with 🍦. #IceChemo
Tuesday 23rd Jun
5k walk in Ormeau Park and faced the fear 🐕, whilst 🤢 from antibiotics & tetanus 💉
Friday 19th Jun
5.5km -morning & evening walks to avoid 🌧, bitten by large alsatian on 2nd walk 🥲. Immunosuppressed so GP Out of Hours Care needed

2 cancer exercise classes (Action Cancer & MOVE FORWARD) & 5km around Ormeau Park
Monday 15th Jun
6km walk as Ormeau Runners take over ParkRun. Breast Cancer -advocacy honoured & Lisa remembered.
