About 100k

Since its launch in 2020, 100K in 30 Days has grown into one of Ireland’s most recognised community movement challenges. What began as a grassroots initiative during COVID quickly united thousands of people looking for connection, purpose and positivity at a difficult time. In its first year alone: Nearly 15,000 participants took part and over €1.25 million was raised for cancer services  Over the following years, the challenge continued to grow — engaging workplaces, community groups and individuals across Ireland and beyond.
In 2026, the Marie Keating Foundation builds on that momentum — strengthening the structure, expanding the impact and ensuring the challenge supports people affected by all types of cancer. With growing national awareness and a strong community behind it, 100K in 30 Days continues to build momentum — expanding its reach and supporting more people affected by cancer across Ireland.
