I’m taking on 100km in 30 Days this June to help fund life‑saving cancer awareness, education, and support services across Ireland. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference for people affected by cancer. Thank you for supporting my challenge.

We are halfway there and making great strides!

I'd forgotten about my competitiveness or perhaps it more the accountability and purpose that is so encouraging ….

I've done 114km out of the 100km so going to go for 200km!

Much gratitude to you all for your generous donations, it is very much appreciated and is keeping me moving and motivated. 

We've a quarter of the challenge done and have warriors scattered throughout Ireland, Spain, France and as far reaching as Sydney.

The harsh reality of cancer is one in two us will receive a diagnosis in our lifetime.  Healthy life choices like exercise and diet can reduce of risk of some cancers by 30% to 50%. 

I'm taking this challenge to raise awareness of cancer, highlight the importance of early detection, honour those living with cancer, celebrate those who have survived it and remembering the loved ones we have lost.
